Change under the radar: Gently agile, lightly lean, and slightly subversive
Do you see things you’d like to change but you don’t have the authority to do so? Or maybe you do have the authority but aren’t sure how to go about it or even if the change is likely to be worthwhile. Join us for a discussion of approaches to:

  • Identifying the right thing to change
  • Engaging the right people to participate
  • Selecting the the right time to introduce the change
  • Reviewing the results–and correcting course if needed

About our Speakers:: Susan Thompson, CBAP, PMP, CSM, CSPO, CSQA, CSTE, CSBA
Susan Thompson has been underfoot in IT since it was called data processing, and has worked in operations, been a technical writer, software tester, project manager, business analyst, and most recently a scrum master. While doing that, she has been involved in changes that have gone smoothly and a few of which the best that can be said is that they were good learning experiences–but that she learned from them.
