How Do You Know? Business Process Improvement Projects
A Business Process Optimization seeks to design or redesign the Business Process for the underlying service composition to fit the constraints for a specific service infrastructure and improve the outcomes.
The amount of information generated during a business process improvement project can be overwhelming. How do you make sense of it all? How do you determine when to make corrective changes?
This presentation discusses ways to improve analysis basics by applying system thinking to projects. Plus we will attempt an experiment or two.
