Beyond Emotional Intelligence

Feb 19 2013 (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

Beyond Emotional Intelligence
We are working harder and harder in today’s diverse, complex, highly-tasked, and fast-paced workplace. We can find ourselves overwhelmed at times. Have you ever felt you have lost control? Have you ever wondered what the ultimate key to winning is in an uncertain job market, volatile economy, and rapidly changing world?
This presentation goes beyond what you have learned about emotional intelligence and addresses how we work and the workplace as you have never heard it before. Mike describes how we work affects what we accomplish. He discusses scientifically how the brain works, and tools that will take your performance an order of magnitude higher. The presentation will help you understand how to leverage your four brains (yes, four) to be more effective, work fewer hours, reduce anxiety, and have more fun.
This is powerful, yet simple material; so get ready to use it the next day! Can you handle even more success? As always, Mike distributes free laminated, quick-reference wallet cards and a link to his advanced-multitasking website. The website has free downloads and research references. All he asks in return is a simple handshake – he demonstrates that, too.
