Mobile Trends 2013
Mobile applications and technologies are revolutionizing the ways that we communicate with our friends, interact with our colleagues and conduct business. Part of that revolution is the growing expectation that mobile applications will have unique features and functionality that cater to the mobile environment, rather than simply acting as extensions to their online peers. Over the past year we’ve seen a dramatic increase in the use of emerging mobile technologies such as location-based services, context-aware services and mobile commerce. Systems development professionals must stay abreast of the latest developments that can make their products stand out from the pack, enhance brand image and retain user loyalty. At our January dinner meeting, our speaker, Pankaj Khurana, will be exploring mobile trends and technologies that are disrupting multiple industries and will share how enterprises can and will adopt innovative mobile solutions that create new business opportunity and value.
